The Precont® PU4 – series are miniaturized pressure sensors for monitoring, control and continuous measurement relative pressure in gases, vapors, liquids and dusts.

This pressure sensors impress with their small design, which offers a wide range of applications, especially at constricted installation situations, in potentially explosive areas and at high temperature stress through pressure measuring ranges up to 1000 bar and process temperatures up to 150° C.

A high variety of versions of process connections, electronic types and accuracies up to 0,05% allows the use for a wide range of applications, also for demanding measuring requirements.

The front-flush process connection of the Precont® PU4SC enables the cleanability of the wetted diaphragm to be integrated into the process, also by CIP/SIP cleaning processes.

The metallic front-flush diaphragm of the Precont® PU4LM is EHEDG compliant and completely welded with the process connection and supplied with a positive seal. A reliable, dead-space free sealing between the process connection and the process adapter resp. measuring medium is thus assured.

The finely graduated measuring ranges from 250 mbar to 600 bar of the Precont® PU4SK and measuring ranges from 400 mbar to 1000 bar with the Precont® PU4SM make applications in the high pressure area easier due to the small design and the various evaluation electronics.

Due to its high accuracy and the digital adjustability by HART®, RS485 Modbus®-RTU or  IO-Link® the device can be suited to a wide variety of applications.

The robust design and the high-quality workmanship turns the device into a very high quality product, which even the most adverse environmental conditions cannot affect, whether the lowest temperatures when used outdoors, extreme shock and vibration stress or aggressive media.

A captive laser marking of the type label ensures the identifiability throughout the entire lifetime of the device.

Obviously is the optional marking of a measurement point designation resp. TAG, a customer label or of a neutral type label, of course also per laser marking.

A LABS- resp. silicone-free version, a factory calibration with calibration certificate and a customer specific configuration resp. preset is also optionally available like a material test certificate EN10204 3.1.

Customer specific special versions can be realized short-term on request, e.g. special designs for the process connection or other process materials.
